Dec 2012
Words are a poison,
Killing some inside.
Facts are revealed,
Nothing left to hide.
Those fixed on destruction,
Of other people's pride.
Wear a mask of hate,
To shelter behind.
Speech is traced,
Language of sin.
Hard exterior,
But you're a coward within.
Hard-headed mandible,
Brain with slim.
Walk a mile in shoes,
With someone else's skin.
Talk about weakness,
And you have nothing?
You hide behind words,
Let your actions do some talking.
You speak of lies,
Turn around, keep walking.
Let's talk about you,
My words are stalking.
Tables have turned,
I cut you down in size.
Vocabulary impeccable,
Catch you by surprise.
What's to say now?
Let's point out all your lies.
Embarrassment swells in you,
Are those tears in your eyes?
What have you learned,
From your end of the table.
Notice with chosen words,
Reactions become unstable,
Think you can hold together?
Not something you can staple.
My side of it was sweet,
Like syrup from the maple.
Your mouth is sealed shut,
Only yourself to blame.
Walk the unspoken road,
With others and shame.
Don't shift any position
From yours, this is no game.
Nothing holds you up,
Like a picture without a frame.
