Can anyone tell me what it means when you have dreams within your dreams and the dreams are of dreaming dreams.

I am stuck so it seems in the cycle of dreams within dreams trying to hang on to the seams of my life.

Who knows how the story goes and how does it end?

I am writing books on vellum
thinking
that'll sell them, but
it turns out that it won't.

Can you still see me under the porchlight,
holding a torch for you?

these things that we do we do
because
and for no other reason than
the heart.

And when I start to unwind will you find me
or finish me?

I remember and that's all there is to it.
