Upward I gaze at my holy universe
reaching down it touches my spirit
silently sleeping where it has gone
it never has returned not yet on earth...

Life has drifted into the sunset softly
so calmly has the dusk arrived in beauty
lovely is the night of mystery laced
songs float across my universe...

Knowledge explodes throughout
bringing forth newness of today
destruction has stood back in time
life now has a second chance
to melt back hurts that could destroy...

Universal madness appears to touch
where in time can you bring peace
when he who commands it is obeyed
the master of the universe has spoken

Upward I gaze at my holy universe
reaching down it touches heart
spirit soul soaking in power never
known two worlds two minds
like one shooting forward in time
a new world, a new people a new
nation growing in understanding..
