Liquid Life
I saw the sheets of steel
fall across the sky
The wonders of life
Dressed in cloud's
Darkness portrayed yet
New life reaching out
To smell the rain before
It's near me
To feel its power
Earth's life has new buds
About to bore fruit of life
Drops as big as rocks
bounced of the dry soil
Marking the earth that was so
ready to give
Drenched in the liquid of life
So simple
Yet so strong
Such a beauty to see life
Born to be free
Clouds open their souls
Do relinquish their hold
As earth takes a breath
to a new dawn born again
I bow to the beauty that
my eyes let me see
