Maybe if i finish
This somersault
Turning myself upside down
I could feel another part
Of my beaten heart
Twirling round the carousel
Merry go round
            And round
I could be an entertainer
With laughter in my mouth
Selling jokes and acting silly
As long as it's not real
Maybe if my musings
Swam deeper
Your ears would hear me sing
As long as the song sings a feather
I could fly out of here
And the lights above me
I see spinning
They could be merry
Going round and round
Laughing
Falling down
Holding my stomach
The voice of your old self
Goes up and down
The carousel
Spinning round and round
In the mirrors of blurred
Grinning
I can see your smile
Maybe if I ride the elephant
And the horses slowed it down
I could heal my broken heart
With another somersault
Merry go round
The metaphor
Seeking a way out
Visiting this carnival
Has taken my life around
Round and round
The carousel
There is no way
To out
