I am burning, slowly every nerve began to fire they haven’t stopped since.

Silent needles ***** my skin,
leaving painful memories that
linger in my dreams.

Ashes of the five years of freedom
slowly become a distant memory.

I fought bravely,
honestly and strong
but life always wins.
Good grief, here I am again.

Burning pain, throbbing head,
skin tingling, spine shivers with
lighting pain down my legs
shooting to the floor.

Cellular nerve damage shook
my world.
