Dinner's on the table
and we toy with it,
instead
the diet fills us full of joy
so we go with it.

if you didn't have to would you.
could you do without it and does
it do you any favours if you can't?

If poetry eases the agony
why am I still in pain?

Relevance?

it's easy for the elephant to say
relativity to the flea.

Supper's just a cup of soup
and only minestrone,
condensed?
it could be, but
you'd have to ask
Warhol.
