The kiss without the passion
That's how it felt to me
The lightest touch
The smallest peck
A feathers breath indeed

The fire without the rage
Passion was the key
A kiss without the passion
A real... fait accompli

A touch that had no loving
No hold or guarantee
No eyes to see
Just blackness
No life for you or me

Her look that looked
right past me
Blinded out to sea
The touch that missed the feeling
Life in misery
