If the suspect is running away and you shoot him in the back.
How you justify that?

It has always been a long-standing to simple folks that if a suspect breaks into your house.
And by voice or knowledge realize you home and you grab your personal weapon.
While he's retreating you can't shoot the thieve.
You can't shoot the thieve!!

What makes the police different?
The badge?
The law?

Sometimes, simple logic in certain cases of common sense depending on the level of the crime.
Let the suspect get away.

But that's too sensible for many.

Now, we go through this imaginary investigation and most likely the officer MIGHT get off.
Can't say RACE don't play a part in officers getting away with gunning down certain folks.
