Poems
Aug 2018
the ballad of a broken heart
he shot her and left her to die,
her blood the color of summer's roses
dripping down the ***** cement
no one wondered what the last thing
that ran through her mind was
they all could tell by the way she cried out
"the least he could have done was **** me quick."
she learned that day that
a lover dies a thousand times
the hardest possible way
