Sensitivity training only works when you adapt to the message.
If it's required then you most likely not into it.
But required to do it.

Many aware that most hostility in the community dealing with law enforcement is created because of the approach of officers.
Strange but true and comes across racial to many and not to others.

A white cop that never been mainly around minorities can't approach the situation to defuse when many seeking to abuse.
For their mindset is mainly set upon attack.

It comes from various cultures of upbringing.
And sensitivity training won't accomplish their mission unless you assign that person in the community they never been as officers to connect to the people or various church pastors.
