The dark seizes the light,
the wind drives the din,
left alone in a ghastly night
scared and terrified of the dark.
The wolves howl and the owls hoot
and the trees gaze upon my suffering.
The hideous cold traps my strength and my hope plummets through time
but i carry my sword and my faith through this dreadful night,
having faith to live and reason to fight.
I gathered the sticks and lit the fire to keep warm by the heat.
I killed a beast, burned the meat and cleaned my blood sword.
Made a shelter, built a wall to survive this dangerous site.
now,as i lied down to watch the glimmering stars and gaze upon on the shinning moon
i slowly fell in daze and waited for the light
