History holds facts surrounded by fiction.
This we can't deny.
Some of our best legacies have a hint of bigotry.
And this within many cultures.

We can get self-righteous and remove their names from sculptures.
And hosts of buildings and bridges.
But at the end of the day.
What really changed?

Many of us have kinfolks that **** right racist.
And uses the first trouble to spread it more in certain situations.
So maybe it's me.

Who's asking for more?
For now, I leave this matter in the hands of others.
