I made a angel fall
The ground shock in awe
As I exposed it’s flaw
It loved me like no other
It saw me as no brother
Only fault was to know my name
I saw from the clouds it’s fame
Perfect wings and eyes that were holy
To bad my soul was a goalie
You could never get me to see the light
Even if I had your sight
I knew I was hurting you the whole time
But being around you was to divine
Your hair fell , your glow dimmed
Our time was being trimmed
Your back scared with the knives I placed
But you still let me have my taste
You gave me your only gift
So I could treat it like a shift
No feathers or halo to boot
Tears of blood and skin like a dried fruit
All I had to do was
Love you like you loved me
But instead I watched you fall
And stepped over your to go ball
Your arm stretched out for help
Praying I save you kindly
I walk past you so blindly
I wish I saw what u saw
When our eyes meet
To you I must be godly and worth it all
To me your just another angel on my wall
