In the small corner of my mind
Resides a place where my memories lie
Inside that door
I stand cold and alone
Every memory is still as stone
I've made many attempts to escape
But depression starts to take shape
cherishing the happy thoughts like glass
Anything good never lasts
Close my eyes and begin to count sheep
Hopfuly these memories can go to sleep
