Fall
Everyone writes about fall
In the same way
Crunching crimson leaves and biting cold
Contrasted
By the warmth of someone dear
How romantic I sigh for the 800th time
As I click the backspace in the corner of the screen
To read some more
But i've never liked fall
I mean it's alright with its soggy leaves and wet ground
With its spiders making cozy homes in piles of leaves
But i'd rather be inside
Safe from depressing rainy weather
Because if i'm going to be sad
I’ll do it myself
Comfortably
