Standing behind unyielding glass
Watching a dream that is within grasp and a world away
What should be mine but I don’t deserve
Banging, screaming, choking on my own fear and stupidity
Do you hear me? Do you see me? Can you feel me?
Here I stand blinded
By tears, diamonds, and a false reality
Pain is relative
An association of the mind
What we don’t experience we don’t know and we don’t learn
Learning is growing
Love is binding and forever giving strength and purpose
Broken I will not be, crumpled I will not remain
Thankful for mistakes, love, friendship
Focusing on tomorrow drawing from within
Finding beauty
Finding peace
A dream?
