Here Comes Trouble
We are the toxic breath
that has permeated the air
we are noxious and noisy
and lumbering thru our days
like the ill-acquainted tourist
We made the pollution
for our ears
as the monsters continue
to take what was never
theirs in the first place
so we keep secrets under
our tongues afraid of
stumbling over the truth
We are nothing but the ugly
sound of humanity
paving over the goodness
of the land...
Earth good. Man not.
