but nothing's changed ; people w/
tattoos have the same mentality as
sailors, felons & the cheapest, nastiest
skanks [mentality not actuality]; sailors,
felons & skanks come by their ink
honestly; it's not 'body art', it's a brand
like they give to cattle; i.e. the mark
