Your smile made laughter in my eyes
As towards me, sweet, you cruised
Perhaps before my heart disguised
For being hunted, bruised
You spoke and that song through me waved
And angels wrote the score
Lo! The dance that I have craved
Never hence shall I want for more
As you lay in my sight my heart gave way
Such beautiful repose in thee
I promised hence to be a pilgrim
Therein I consent to be free
And wings of passion take me to
Your arms in tender dream
In which the saints ordain our love
Smile upon us supreme
Oh I adore each every limb
But most of all your heart entwined
With golden threads craft by Gods whim
Forever more with mine
