They do serve an honest purpose.

Fools, trying to control communities through threats and violence mainly does so cause no one trying to stop them.

Churches preach the word and accept the money.
But doesn't address the gangs in any way.
Honestly afraid to take them on.

Preach not the word without tackling the problem.
