Twisting my own arms backwards,

heaving myself to the pavement

to let it all go,

let it all out

and become a

self-same sense of

sensation as sensation,

just so I can be

happy with all these

thoughts, at the very least;

it's all I'm ever

asking for.


It's all any of us

are ever

really

asking for.
