The sun does not shine anymore
The birds have forgotten how to sing for sure
The wind blows out of control
It hurts down through my soul
Its cold and dark all the time now
As I wipe the tears from my brow
In the distance I see some light
It may take forever to get there as I continue this fight

And to believe that together we belong

There is no joy but on my feet I will land
There are many things I just don't understand
Time is my enemy I know this
But it's her lips I long to kiss
I have tried just to forget
But this is what people just don't get
My love for her is just too strong

Right now there is no life in my body
Until I get her back there is no me
She is my light doesn't anybody see
And until she returns there will be no light
