In a world
Where ******* knew their place
And whites ruled
In every case
When adversity
Was rarely faced
Like the present
Could be erased

Oh, to return
To yesteryear
When whites didn’t
Have a care
And the others
Lived in fear
Wish those days
Would reappear?

Even though
They’re taking stock
Can they
Ever turn back the clock
To when
They had it all on lock
Or are
Their efforts to be mocked?

They appear
Stuck in the past
But they can all
Just kiss my ***
Cuz that time
Wasn’t made to last
And it moved by
Real fast
