As a child I spoke.
As a child I understood.
As a child I thought.
As an adult I've put away all my childish ways.
And learned from the mistakes I made.

And because of you.
I'm a much better man.
Then I use to be.

I owe you a lot for bringing this change to me.

Where I was traveling through this world by my rules?
You calm me down and tame me too.
And because of you.
I'm a much better man.
Then I use to be.

You taught me how to care.
You taught me ways to love.
As, you taught me how to love.

And I'm a much better man.
And it's because of you.
You're a joy to know.
And a joy to love.
