                                                                                              kind whitely

                                                                                            a ray downy

                                               DOe

haired in comely fragrance by gigantic ruthless SPRING leap
                                               awkwardly from thinning life

a smell that curls in my mouth
                                               tastes as thyme lemon honey
                                               and mingles 'tween roses
                                               (curiously fragile singing)

                                                it rises gleaming

                                                 on stem

                                                  on boughwet glazed
