Into the dark dark night a candle lit
Waiting the morn
Eyes of terror behold the turning clock tick
At last the day awakes to a snub of chorus

Be the dawn of a new day I feel it
Sense it and be scare of its power
Smell it gliding over under
Any way it can to reach you
Life in this age of darkness
Cold to the bone
A waiting light from the sun be bore

From these depths of shine the darkness falls
Smothering ,holding feel it crawl
Like a fog it creeps across the earth
Seeking, waiting wanting all

It preys in the corners
Hidden in view
Wanting you owned
Know you place in time is soon
Indeed pray that it takes you quick
Alas the darkness takes Savour
