Look at the future,
What do you see.
A kid in a hat,
A boy with a bat.
A girl asking you to do her hair.

In the past I see,
Me as a kid,
A kid not knowing were to go,
A girl with a crush on a boy,
But afraid to say anything.

But right here,
Right now,
I see people ready to take on the world.
Nervous, but ready,
Like tiger going on it’s first hunt.
