It broke the seal and we disappeared in orbit. Feathers fall around his head. Her feet are sinking in the earth. Our electric fingers orchestrate the planets. The heart of the scorpion is failing. The soul from the star falls down to the clouds and opens its eyes. Sadness and anxiety are sisters. The music is over. I fired the devil and now I’m no longer welcome in his world. Trees drug. Institutions suffocate. All the shapes and colours with their bright, hard edges smother me until I burst like a balloon. I want to traverse the earth in snow, so I won’t have to look to a sky of sorrows in order to come down. I want winter all to myself. I want the water’s reflection upon your face. I want the taste of whiskey in our kiss. Other than that, there’s not much that I’ll miss. I want to return to the nothing. I want to see myself drift away. Till then I’m married to melancholy. Till death do us part.
