Then, the sigh of relief So many expectations This time of year is so stressful I tell them who I am. Like they always should have known me Right on time. I walk in like my presence was always necessary The secretary says Hi. A sigh of relief It is expected I hand it in soon The clock is ticking I looked at the exam What has he done here I put down some corrections I was so glad I can do this at home I have so much emotion I start singing The computer freezes Why did he write this so awkwardly Time is far gone I want to finish soon Why didn’t I pick a different passion So much work Good thing I think I’m good at multi-tasking. Winter break is almost here. If I had to be in the classroom right now I don’t know what I would do. So many questions and all eyes on me Let’s get this thing done. Now all the papers are on the floor Good thing the class is graded on a curve Makes it a lot easier that way I relax and say it is not so bad See, now the hard part is done.
This is a reversible poem. Read from top to bottom- A professor grading exams. Read from bottom to top- A college student taking an exam.
