Moonwalker

We said goodbye to him today,
the man who walked first on the Moon.
We commit his ashes to the sea
as pipers play a mournful tune.
He'll feel Selene's pull in the deep
Until, in time, his urn dissolves.
Then, everywhere and nowhere
He will ride the Ocean tides.
Once, on a very different sea,
Armstrong brought his spacecraft down
At a place they called tranquility .
the Eagle landed, strong and proud.
