Who is your God?
Is he the one saying Great is me
Because I have made money, bow down
To become worthy.
Because it seems that way for some people.
They are looking for a person to bestow the crown of Lord
Who cannot talk to them
Who cannot laugh at what they say
Or comfort their pain.
It is like the olden days
With graven images
Who could not speak on their behalf
Or tell them that their situation will be ok.
But we will praise our trust in Our Lord Most High.
Not in mankind.
Because we can speak to him
And see his face
He can comfort us
And Jesus does not become our God
He always is
Because He is the Great I Am.
So while mankind fails
With their scandals and shortcomings.
Jesus is always speaking for us to our God.
