I apologize for you loving me.
I made mistakes over constantly.
Even to the point of you leaving me.

And
I could write you a sad letter.
Except, what would it matter?
When you mind's made up.

With this pain inside of you.
I apologize for you loving me.
You came direct.
When you stated you didn't want your heart broken.

But like a clown.
I took them words.
As if you mispoke them.

Was it foolish pride?
I  was working on.
Or just afraid to be alone.
Oh, I apologize for you loving me.
