They appear without forewarning
Marching in the night
Passing with the darkness
Creeping into light
Haunting your dreams
Peripheral blight
Though when you turn to face and really see they don't take too much notice of you or me
Toing and froing
Restless and relentless
But the more you become aware
The less they seem to scare
Maybe just here to test us
Learning
from
the
deep
