Blue Eyes

Blue eyes beckoned,

While your gravity gripped.

I got pulled in and

Swept up by your universe.

Then, without warning,

The gravitational pull failed.

And I fell so hard.

When I reached the ground,

I shattered.

The wind gathered up the pieces

And spun me around and around

It’s storm.

I have yet to touch the ground.
