At times when I am sick, Lord
And I find myself in pain,
Help me to find the help I need,
Less weight, Lord, help me gain.

Addictions help me to break,
That cause my health to be weak.
Help me find a good diet,
That will help me look less bleak.

Help me spiritually,
So better my health will be.
My physical health is stronger,
When my soul is one healthy.
