Cutomer service, is at the top of many people minds.
It like leaving respect for others behind.
Manners seem to be eliminated.

Whether its in the employment world.
The way you treat others means they will return.
Because, if it negative in anyway.
Your reputation will be burned.

Oh, yes.
Treat your clients like your boss.
You know.
You're not trying to lose your job.
Now, if you're hard headed.
Then customer service is a losing cause.

Saying, a pleasant greeting don't hurt you at all.
But you find many that can't speak it one bit.
These are the folks creating havoc.

Remember, customers don't forget.
They remember you more than you realize.
