When she was alone
                      Day after day
She filled the ocean
                      Then locked it away
And still to this day
                       No one has seen
The ocean she filled
                       Or knows it to be
She continues to smile
                      Tell a few lies
But she can’t forget
                       The ocean she cried
And though it may always
                      Be in her head
She prays she’ll never see
                       The ocean again
