Like a needle in haystack
It’s very hard to find
Healthcare that addresses the needs
Of the deaf, the dumb or blind
Hope you’re not offended
By my use of paradigm
To try to make the simple point
I mean most of the time

Medicare is not enough
If you don’t have Medicaid
The amounts can be exorbitant
That are out-of-pocket paid
To your medical provider
Once the arrangement has been made
Makes you kind of glad
You’re still in the bed you laid

What is one supposes to do
When they’ve killed Obamacare?
And the present administration
Could care less how you fare
All that I can think of is
You had best prepare
For the consequences
Which are dire I must share

It’s a true conundrum
Of such major proportions
That I’m not even talking about
Where to get abortions
Instead I’m referring to
Despite your best precautions
Chronic health conditions that make
You go through contortions
