last night as  i lay dreaming sleeping in my bed
thoughts of you and me running through my head
sharing times together through the good and bad
all the fun we had that made me feel so glad.

now all that has changed we have seperate ways
all i have  is lonely nights and longer are the days
wishing you were here like it was before
we could be together in love again  once more.

like it used to be when two hearts beat as one
these are things i miss now that you have gone
so i will keep on dreaming of how it used to be
hoping maybe one day you will come back to me

then the dream i have one day might come true
we will be together to share the love we knew
until then my dreams might bring you back to me
in love again once more just like it used to be.
