You're My Superstition
Finding a four-leaf clover
A game you played when you were younger
Laying by your feet
Watered by my tears right outside your door
A lucky penny
Lying next to the curb on the corner
It was in my pocket
A memory that always needed more
Life broke the promise
I didn’t like the reasons
I had to look inside at myself
It’s the only way to find my heart again
A black cat walking
I followed it because now I’m stronger
How can it be
That it does not scare me like before
It’s never too late if we are breathing
But I can’t ask you to change your life
Life broke it’s promise
I had to accept the reasons
I had to look outside myself
It’s the only way to find another friend
