You bought a book on psychic development although things happened before that
You watched a documentary on the universe and string theory and something inside pinched tight
You peered out from window up high and even with past suffering from society's taunts you saw oneness of all it clicked in your bones
When in bed at night you began to see shapes and sparkled light
Memory of man when visions ran shouting in your face
You thought a dream or so it seemed until he called the same
You recalled the visions from a child when imaginations
charged wild
The night came back
Never to be the same
Sights seen that make horror film and video games scream lame
So no matter how weak I may feel
I know there's been a lot to deal
Stronger for the scare and pain

..And suddenly the world changed
