Oh how they grew from earth so black
Mud encased their seed
They still push through as they do
Feeling the light
from
the low beneath
Onwards they climb
to
meet the world
knowing both light and dark
From dark despair they transmute and share
the guiding brimming
spark
When warmth in air they love and care
blossoming to new heights
These roses spill
poetic quill
to ground
and grow
from
deep
insight
Thankyou poets! :-D
