I sit here staring, looking
through a glass
wayward, wavy, bare.
Bodies rushing
to places I don't know
Cold light
Dark corners.
Can you see me?
Am I hidden by the icy glaze
of your life, coated by
the smoggy haze
of everyday?

I stand, my soul bared,
my arms outstretched
Pleading
Longing
Loving
But always so alone
