What am I supposed to do here
In this world that I reside
I want to do things my own way
But I keep getting denied

A lifelong search for where I belong
I know God knows I've tried
As curious as I have been
I take it all in stride

I have to find that one thing
That's keeping me alive
Something to go after
The reason which I strive

Be it women, money, or power
I need a tourist's guide
To show me which direction
Or who I need to bribe

To far off lands I'll travel
Along the countryside
To gather information
Or just enjoy the ride

Whether or not I find the answer
Or where solutions coincide
Then I'll decipher every clue
If only for my pride
