Constantly chasing a dream.
Only to end up lonely.

You go for the exterior.
Instead of the interior.

Of course you've heard.
Not all glitter is gold.

You constantly bragging about your looks.
And about those you dated.

Hadn't you realized?
That over time looks fades.
Yes, you're simply vain.

Still you're constantly chasing a dream.

You've been used and abused.
And then try to call all your dates a fool.
When you was using them too.

Cute folks surrounded by others.
Seems to blind each other out.
Because only one can enjoy the attention.
When they ALL are hanging out.
