Why has no action been taken against him? The film has been carried by you for 6 years. Additionally, "Dub-step remixes" of "Smoke **** Everyday" have garnered 60 million views. By your willful neglect to enforce your rules against the promotion of illegal activities: 128 million people have been encouraged to "Smoke **** Everyday."*
