We're both in time and out of luck
but as luck would have it
I have a lucky rabbit's foot,

not lucky for the rabbit though.

Time's a factor or a malefactor,
a crime to rhyme it
but
I'm the criminal
and it's fine by me.

The weekend calls me
I **** a deaf 'un
because I'm an old 'un
and settle in for the night.
