Oct 2017
Thick thorns and roots grow deep
Far barrows of long lost keeps
The dwellings of things once know
Since lost and never again shown

The blackened earth bares fame
To the memory of forgotten names
Who once stood against the night
Last bastion of a fading light

Now gone to unknown worlds
Among the stars unfurled
Will they wait for the darkness return
So that their deaths might be earned
