The daily fight is never easy,
so much that's evil in the air;
so much, the world's temptation,
don't let it catch you - unaware.

Keep the faith and keep the hope,
you must endure, until the end;
be patient,  kind,  forgiving,
and like the willow tree - just bend.

What matters is the path you travel,
the straight and narrow way's the best;
the road to hell is broad and wide,
no need to follow all the rest.

Be content, whatever your position,
whether you are rich -  or not;
take heed of God's commandments,
and the measures He has taught.

Then you can say you've won the race,
kept the faith and finished strong;
then reside in God's great family,
and learn with others, His new song.
